So here it is, the piece I had intended to publish for my 1,000th page view.
This piece took me nearly a month to get *just* right. Lots and lots and lots of tweaking. I think the effort was worth it, and I am proud of the result. This is one fractal, not the composite that I had originally planned. The following variations were used to create this fractal Blur Cosine Handkerchief Linear Radial Blur Spherical Spiral Swirl Wedge Julia Created in Apo 2.06c from scratch, no scripts used. Photoshop was used only for some very minor color adjustments.
